cro.wtf offers free to use UNIX shell accounts accessible over SSH. The system runs on OpenBSD (www), an open source 4.4BSD-based UNIX-like operating system.

Services run on this system use no tracking, no ads, and no javascript. A number of them are enabled by default:

• Shell accounts accessible via ssh and mosh
• File storage in your home directory (limits)
• Web hosting served over https
• Git hosting served over https, ssh, and git (www)
• A paste bin with syntax highlighting served over https (www)

Some of them cannot be accessed over SSH and require a password login to be set up on your account:

• E-mail accounts accessible via smtps and imaps

Files in your $HOME/pub are publicly accessible:

• Websites are accessible at https://cro.wtf/~user
• Git repos can be viewed at https://git.cro.wtf/~user/repo.git
• Git repos can be cloned over https or ssh://git@cro.wtf/~user/repo.git
• Pastes can be viewed at https://paste.cro.wtf/~user/file
